Minister
Called to speak truth, strengthen faith, and point women back to the God who has never stopped working.
Minister Author Autism Mom
Kortney Truitt is turning the truth she lived into words that help women believe, families feel seen, and purpose rise again.
This is Kortney
Wife. Mother of three. Licensed minister. Christian author. Autism advocate.
Kortney and her husband, Jason, have been married for 21 years and are raising three beautiful children: MaKayla, Jay-Jay, and John. Her work was born from the places that required her deepest faith. As the mother of two sons diagnosed with autism, she learned to advocate fiercely, trust God honestly, and create what families like hers were missing.
For more than 25 years, she has taught and led through dance ministry. Whether she is ministering through movement, writing a book, encouraging an autism mother, or protecting a family, the foundation remains the same: faith, advocacy, and purpose.
Today, she uses every part of her story to remind women that pressure does not erase purpose—and a diagnosis never cancels God’s plan.
The work of her life
Different assignments. One foundation: Jesus.
Called to speak truth, strengthen faith, and point women back to the God who has never stopped working.
Writing the honest books she once needed—books that make room for faith, grief, autism, courage, and victory.
Advocating from lived experience so children are celebrated and mothers know they do not have to carry this journey alone.
Written from real life
For the mother searching for language. For the child who deserves to feel seen. For the woman finding her way back to God.

The diagnosis didn’t cancel the plan.

God Wasted None of It is not a made-up story inspired by Kortney’s life. It is her life.
Every chapter comes from what she has actually walked through: marriage, raising three children, mothering two autistic sons, ministry, grief, work, fear, obedience, and the moments when faith had to become more than something she said.
This memoir tells the truth about what the pressure cost, what God protected, and how the hardest parts of her story became part of her purpose. The pressure was real. So was the covering. And none of it was wasted.

AUTISM MOMAutism Moms Believe
“I never wanted another autism mom to feel like she was the only one.”
As founder of Autism Moms Believe and creator of TruBlu Brotherz, Kortney has built faith-centered spaces and stories around real autism family life. Her advocacy is not outside observation. It is motherhood, lived out loud.
Her message is clear: our children are not behind, our families are not forgotten, and God is still writing the story.
